Patrick John Psaila BA (Hons), M.Ed. (Couns. Psych.) Vancouver Patrick Psaila is a psychologist and training consultant working with organisations for the past fourteen years after he graduated in psychology from the University of Malta in 1991. In 1997 he completed an academic and practical Masters programme in Adult and Group Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Patrick is a Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a member of the Society of NLP. He was awarded his license by the Irish Institute NLP in Dublin. Patrick works with various large and medium sized organisations involved in manufacturing, education, health, tourism, banking, and other services as a trainer, consultant, and psychologist. Presently, he has a client base of over sixty organizations, offering eighteen different training programmes. Patrick specializes in personal and professional development for managers and leaders in organizations, with a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence. He has established WorkAssist as a professional service that offers workplace counselling, personal and professional development programmes, coaching, mentoring and HR consultancy. Patrick lectures at the University of Malta, The Institute of Health Care, the Foundation for Human Resources Development and the Malta Institute of Management. He is currently also co-directing the ‘reach BEYOND (Malta)’ foundation that focuses on developing personal and organizational growth. |
