I would like to take the opportunity to thank Patrick for the extensive Lead Programme, he so aptly conducted to my Heads of Department and myself. The innovative Training Programme, which concentrated on the personal development of all participants was not only interesting, but also very informative.  It has helped us in focusing on leadership skills and has changed our attitude and the way we manage our hotel and our people.
Patrick has given us new ways on how to handle difficult situations, as well as how to build a team, motivate staff and encourage them to feel part of the team.

My name is Andre Burlo and I am one of six Airmalta pilots being trained to become Captains. I first encountered Patrick at an 'Away Day' event organised by the British High Commission: a day of team-building activities for staff in preparation for a busy period that was the visit to Malta by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth coming up. During a two year stress management programme for all BOV employees, Patrick had the managed to enable course participants identify personal and work related stressors, recommending coping action plans and strategies for better stress management.
His training style uses a strong psychological approach and he has been effective in helping various BOV employees to adapt to change and its challenges.
