Format options:
This programme can be carried out in a group or on a one-on-one basis.
The group offers the richness of getting feedback from other participants while
the individual sessions take the form of mentoring that can achieve a greater degree of depth. The length of this programme depends on the needs of the participants. Usually a 9 – 12 hr process is required.

Topics covered:
Evaluation of career progress in relation to personal goals, assessment of personal fulfillment and level of self-motivation, evaluation of professional behaviour, evaluation of personal mission statement and values, work/life
balance, goal setting and vision setting.

Brief course description:
This programme is an excellent opportunity for participants to take some
quality time out for themselves in a retreat-like setting to take stock of their
career and life direction. Whether individually or in a group, people following
this programme will be guided along a self-directed process with regular
meetings with a facilitator who takes on a mentoring role. The result of this programme is the formulation of a clear personal development plan that aims at reaching specific goals chosen by the participants as a result of the process.
