hostility on people’s morale, efficiency, and performance. It
gives participants the necessary skills to deal with their own anger
and frustration without negatively affecting others as well as dealing
with hostility from other people. The course is taught through a variety
of techniques from cognitive psychology and NLP that can be used for
creating positive relationships and managing anger.
