Brief course description:
This programme enables participants to accept workplace conflict as an
inevitable reality that if managed well can lead to an enriched working environment. It looks at various conflict-management styles and while
participants can identify their personal style for managing conflict, they will also have the opportunity of working with other styles that they may not have tried before. The focus of this programme is situational conflict management, recognizing the fact that one cannot adopt one style for all situations but rather, be able to use a variety of approaches choosing the best for every situation.
