Brief course description:
This course focuses on two core skills for leaders, managers, supervisors and people who assume a leadership role in their work. The skills of listening effectively and giving constructive feedback are basic and essential in working with people and yet they are often undervalued or practiced ineffectively. This programme will enable participants to understand and practice these skills while applying them to their work context.
