In today’s fast paced and competitive environment it is easy to
find yourself living an unbalanced lifestyle that in the long-term may
lead to burn out. This programme takes a holistic approach to managed
stress and achieving a healthy work-life balance. It looks at self-management
from the physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual point of view
and uses NLP concepts and techniques to equip participants with the
necessary tools to manage their lives more effectively.
