Brief course description:
Stress has become one of the main causes of physical and psychological ill health. In today’s fast paced and competitive environment it is easy to find yourself living an unbalanced lifestyle that in the long-term may lead to burn out. This programme takes a holistic approach to managed stress and achieving a healthy work-life balance. It looks at self-management from the physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual point of view and uses NLP concepts and techniques to equip participants with the necessary tools to manage their lives more effectively.
