Format options: Short form: A two-day seminar or a 12-15 hour programme spread over four or five three-hour sessions.
Long form: An eight day programme spread over 8 or 16 weeks with weekly half or full day sessions covering the core emotional intelligence competencies.

Topics covered: The nature of emotional intelligence, a business case for emotional intelligence, the twenty competencies that make up emotional intelligence, application of emotional intelligence to work-related issues. The long provides development in the core competencies related to emotional intelligence.

Brief course description: The short form of this programme consists of an introduction to emotional intelligence. Participants will get a sound theoretical and working knowledge of emotional intelligence and its application to leadership in organizations. Skills and concepts from Neuro-Linguistic Programming are integrated into the course in order to make it a highly interesting and experience based programme. During the two days participants have the opportunity to work on the intrapersonal and interpersonal dimensions of emotional intelligence.
The long format is a process based programme aimed at enabling participants to develop their emotional intelligence thus enhancing their personal and professional effectiveness. This programme is particularly important for people who occupy key leadership or managerial positions in their organization.
