description: The short form of this programme consists of an
introduction to emotional intelligence. Participants will get a sound
theoretical and working knowledge of emotional intelligence and its
application to leadership in organizations. Skills and concepts from
Neuro-Linguistic Programming are integrated into the course in order
to make it a highly interesting and experience based programme. During
the two days participants have the opportunity to work on the intrapersonal
