description:
This programme
is practically a foundation course that forms the basis for all other
skills that involve dealing with people. In this course, participants
understand the important physiological and psychological processes involved
in communication. It builds on the fundamental NLP presupposition that
“the map is not the territory”. It looks at the various
ways people filter information they receive and respond to their interpretation
of that information. This is often results in costly misunderstandings
that can be avoided with proper clarification. The course looks at eight
different communication principles that motivate, support and encourage
people. It also shows participants how to ask the right questions to
improve communication and make sure that the intended meaning is clear
to all.
