Brief course description:
This is an extremely enjoyable and informative programme aimed directly at trainers and facilitators of adult learning. The course equips participants with the skills involved in designing and delivering effective training programmes according to the principles of adult learning. This is a very hands-on programme where participants will have the opportunity to facilitate training sessions and receive direct feedback about their performance. It enables participants to focus on four key areas in training: Building a positive learning climate; providing opportunities for acquisition and application of knowledge; encouraging the transfer of learning to daily reality.
