Brief course description:
This course offers a basic understanding and practice of the skills related to
counselling and problem solving. Although it is not intended for people to
become counsellors, it enables participants to respond appropriately and
constructively to people talking about personal or work-related problems.
It also takes participants through a problem- solving model based on
developing preferred scenarios for problematic situations. Counselling skills
are very useful tools for people with a strong person-oriented management
role, particularly human resources professionals.
