Brief course description:
Mentoring and coaching are fast growing areas of development in organizations and definitely the way forward for successful businesses. This programme prepares selected candidates to develop themselves and gain the necessary
self-awareness and skills to be effective mentors or coaches in their
organization. The programme covers the basic skills such as active listening, clarifiying, summarizing, questioning, and giving feedback to the more long-term skills of problem-solving, developing preferred scenarios, goals setting,
and action planning and progress evaluation.
